Trying's not good enough for the internet. If you put yourself out there and the internet deems you to be a big enough failure, you will be descended upon.
There is a very good reason why we have (or at least had) a Prime Directive (the rule that forbids initiating contact with anyone exhibited here). The internet, through its anonymity, enables the basest of human behavior, which our very society is designed to supress.
This reminds me of that one "disabled porn" site that popped up on Poered and some of the disabilities of the porn actors was shit I didn't even know existed before that. One of the male actors, for example, had hands, but no arms. He literally had hands coming straight out of his shoulders, like little wings.
Acting was definitely legit. First I laughed, then I cried. Then I laughed a little more when his hair come off at the end, but still, a moving performance with some real passion.
