Skate or dog. Amirite?!

StanleyPain - 2015-07-07

THIS DOG SURE CAN GET INTO TROUBLE!! LOL!!

Put that on your google plus page you shit.

SolRo - 2015-07-07

Aren't we overdue for a social media bubble burst?

It's getting to the point where it's just a circle jerk of 'SEO experts' cross-liking one another.

This Harrod loser has like 500 separate pages apparently, all leeching or stealing content from other places.

memedumpster - 2015-07-08

What gets me about social media is I have lots of interests and would use the hell out of it if they actually offered those interests something tangible. They just don't. poeTV's antisocial media is as close as I get.

This is a really cute video, by the way.

Old_Zircon - 2015-07-08

This video definitely deserves its classic status, although I'm partial to the sequel. I appreciate how it deepens its narrative with provocative plot strands, giving it a cynical, harder edge that lifts it above the serial roots of its predecessor.

boner - 2015-07-08

Pfft. Forget the SEO experts and social media gurus. I'm all about thought leaders now.

boner - 2015-07-08

These stars are for the dog. Who's a good boy? He is. Yes, he is.

Boomer The Dog - 2015-07-08

That Dog has excellent balance, and does great, especially on skateboard where he pushes up the hill himself.

Really, I think Dog and board go together, boards are long and low like a Dog's body, and a skateboard has 4 wheels like a Dog's four feet.

Go Dog go!

Boomer

Old_Zircon - 2015-07-08

Boomer I think you are the closest thin the Internet has to a Buddha.

Go dog go!

infinite zest - 2015-07-08

Hey Boomer this is completely off topic but did you have a chance to see Max in the theatres? I thought it was pretty good! I like big red dogs and dogs that can shoot hoops equally but it was cool seeing a hero dog with PTSD portrayed on the silver screen, especially for me because I grew up with a firehouse dalmatian who lost her hearing because of the sirens. Plot's a little corny and predictable but I'd definitely give it a grade B. :)

memedumpster - 2015-07-08

Boomer is the only normal person on this website.

EvilHomer - 2015-07-08

Boomer is the Buddhog! Om mani padme woof.

Boomer, I believe this little pup is Tillman (it might also be Tyson, I have trouble telling them apart). You may know about Tillman already, but if you don't, here is his official Facebook fanpage.

EvilHomer - 2015-07-08

Oh, nevermind, it says it's Tillman in the original title of this video. (^_^;)

So I just checked his G+. There were something like 20 posts on the 6th, but since yesterday morning there has only been one, and it's not from here.

chumbucket - 2015-07-08

meh "victory"?

infinite zest - 2015-07-08

I'm still coming up on his front page.. I dunno I don't really have a problem with appropriation. I remember years ago the Portland Mercury took some really random video from poetv and put it on blogtown and somebody (not me) called them on it for not giving them credit. So they did and it was a good thing. And since the Mercury mirrors The Seattle Stranger, that's a bunch more people. And everybody can post links to youtube videos that were seen on here from their facebooks. And go ahead. Rip off my comments on facebook. I don't give a flying flock of dickks if you do. Just remember how "dicks" is spelled :)

Old_Zircon - 2015-07-08

I don't really care about appropriation (at least not on this scale, if it was Adam Sandler stealing our jokes that would be a whole other story) but I'm a sucker for comically disproportionate, feigned outrage.

He posted this today.

simon666 - 2015-07-08

ooooh! how apropos, a post about forgiveness.

Oscar Wildcat - 2015-07-08

I guess if I were Brian, I would be asking myself "would a place calling itself The Portal Of Evil be prone to forgiveness?"

Old_Zircon - 2015-07-08

Which is ironic because we've always been one of the most forgiving places I've known of on the Internet. If this guy can repent his evil ways for all we know he could be the next Dan Lacey* or something.

*(no he couldn't)

Robin Kestrel - 2015-07-08

Deserve's got nothing to do with it.
