Yeah this is fake, but I'm surprised this doesn't happen more often, not to freak everybody out but I think we all know that we PO a few of these guys every year in our sleep; when I had ants I'd feel them crawling around and perhaps up my butt when I was asleep. Seems like the ear is a pretty easy way to get in, if that's what you wanted to do if you were a spider.
