Pretty much all prank videos:

Shoebox Joe - 2015-07-26

Who ever made that video doesn't know how to get in on the revenue.

Shoebox Joe - 2015-07-26

Doesn't even have a "subscribe, like, comment" outro.

I think I'm gonna break the prime directive for this one. PoeTV can be a learning experience socially

SolRo - 2015-07-26

I'm happy he's keeping his videos FULLY OPTIIIIIMIZED

Hugo Gorilla - 2015-07-26

OPT.
TEE.
MIZED.

Hooker - 2015-07-26

Did that guy actually get a child to give him a blowjob on the street?

SolRo - 2015-07-26

I'm sure he didn't hire some amateur hookers off craigslist to get more hits for an idiotic click bait video.

EvilHomer - 2015-07-27

Why is this guy so mean? Internet posts are not a good medium for conveying inflections and tone of voice, and the sorts of things he says could hurt people's feelings.

I laughed at "Stupid-haired Rapemaster Gets Dick Sucked By 17 Y/O", however. It was unkind, but it was also a well-delivered commentary on the nature of "pranking" videos: that is to say, prank videos are about doing mean things for profit, while exploiting the work of other people (i.e. their reactions), and justifying it all with the flimsiest of ethical arguments.

I just wish Mr. Etiquette could do make such observations without being cruel in turn.

These celebrity hopefuls forfeited their right to privacy and dignity, around the time they recorded themselves calling people niggers. I don't think he's being unjustly cruel at all. Then again, I can't tell if you're serious.

Old_Zircon - 2015-07-27

I can never tell whether Evilhomer is serious.

That guy - 2015-07-28

If he can't, you can't.

EvilHomer - 2015-07-28

But if people "forfeit their right to privacy and dignity" for doing something mean, like randomly calling somebody a "nigger", then surely it stands to reason that the REST of us would forfeit our rights to privacy and dignity for being cruel in turn?

How can one make a cruel point about cruelty, without being hypocritical? How can one use douchery as a rhetorical tactic against douchebags, without undermining the entire logic behind one's premise?

I'm serious, and it worries me that people tend not to see the hypocrisy here, or realize why that's important. Mr. Etiquette is not a very good teacher of etiquette, and I hope he will consider this in the future!

15th - 2015-07-29

The vlogger guy and dumb kids are two sides of the same coin: dumb and cruel for laughs and clever and cruel for laughs. I'll always side with the latter, because it's just entertainment, not a call to arms against bad behavior. Mr. Etiquette and dumb kids are on the same playing field.

>surely it stands to reason that the REST of us would forfeit our rights to privacy and dignity for being cruel in turn?

We retain our privacy because I don' think anyone here is attempting to be a public figure. Loss of dignity? Maybe for other reasons, but I don't think people here are directly cruel to anyone.

poorwill - 2015-10-26

EvilHomer is the most boring poster on poetv.

baleen - 2015-07-27

Nothing about this man or anything he watches makes me feel good about the state of humankind. I guess that's the point of this old shithole of a website.

Rodents of Unusual Size - 2015-07-28

I hate prank videos. The people who do them are largely unimaginative and dumb as a sack of hammers.
