Nitrous oxide is not flammable at room temperature.

The story going around is that it was a leaking aerosol can, but that seems like bullshit to me. They were pretty clearly huffing some kind of fuel, like butane or gasoline. Right as it ignites, the kid in the front seat comes into frame with a rag held up to his face. That's how you huff fuel.

The screaming makes me think that at least one of them jumped out of the car and started running around. This could be a PSA for stop, drop, and roll.
