Just throwing this up quickly in case anyone wants to talk about this.

For those that don't follow it and don't care, the NDP (leftist party) decided to go with someone that looks like Nick Bravo's dad. They were decimated.

Lef - 2015-10-19

I hate Justin and his smug face so much.

jfcaron_ca - 2015-10-19

So I ran as an independent candidate in this election. I was really surprised to be excluded from nearly all public election events - even those organized by university student clubs. Here's an article (not by me) talking about it: http://www.straight.com/news/558096/7-candidates-4-chairs-diverse- voices-silenced-vancouver-riding-debates-exclude

The results aren't in yet for my riding (Vancouver Quadra), but I've got 6 votes so far. Woo!

That guy - 2015-10-20

you can have my Canadian vote

Aelric - 2015-10-20

Searching for you results in mostly a frighteningly huge strongman. I like to imagine that is you and if you won you'd basically be Mike Haggar.

The Mothership - 2015-10-19

It's a perfectly good political ad.......

gmol - 2015-10-19

Let no one in Canada complain when they don't get a job because they didn't have the right last name.

Seven Arts/H8 Red - 2015-10-19

Justin Trudeau didn't get the job because he had the right last name. He got it because he's a total PMILF, also sentiment about Harper wanting to install himself as Führer or whatever junk.

gmol - 2015-10-19

Ah I didn't realize it was just a coincidence that his father was prime minister!

I'm glad Harper was shown the door, especially after this veil nonsense he got involved in....but I'm not sure how we can claim we have modern countries without explicit anti-nepotism traditions.

Two Jar Slave - 2015-10-19

Happy to see the back of old Lego hair, but all we can really say now is, "we'll see."

memedumpster - 2015-10-20

Is it true that it's illegal for anyone outside of Canada to tell a Canadian who to vote for?

badideasinaction - 2015-10-20

Elections Canada responded and said the law is intended as a (fairly common) provision against foreign donations/bribery, not against stating opinion:

Bobonne - 2015-10-20

Justin has severely disappointed me throughout much of this election.

But I don't give a FUCK.

Ding dong, the witch is dead! Celebration time!

StanleyPain - 2015-10-20

I get the idea behind the parliamentary system, but jesus having the same prime minister for 10 years, what the fuck were you thinking.

Bobonne - 2015-10-20

It's been a dark and frightening decade.

Thank god the sun came out again.

Two Jar Slave - 2015-10-20

Our longest-serving PM was Mackenzie King, who presided over the Liberals for 21 years. (With a five-year break during the early 1930s.)

Doc Victor - 2015-10-20

There is no chance I would give this guy a second look in America, but he seems like he could be a good fit for Canada...
Plus he is in fine keeping with the tradition of being easy to imagine as a split-headed South Park Canadian.

chumbucket - 2015-10-20

Dynasties everywhere! We might as well all go back to the monarchies with hereditary rule.

Two Jar Slave - 2015-10-20

Uh, I don't know how to tell you this...

gmol - 2015-10-21

Stars for two jar
