I was with this guy for a few minutes, especially when he talks about monetized content, but then he starts getting wound up, and I realize this is a 21 minute video, and so I bailed. The shorter a tutorial on Fair Use is, the more effective it's likely to be.

He's railed against those critics like I Hate Everything, who I do believe push the limits of fair use pretty far. Take the Nostalgia Critic, he'll doa review that contains about 1/3 of the actual film's footage.

Reviews are protected under Fair Use.

Also EIT is an inspired work of Jehovah and I will not hear otherwise.

I finally got around to seeing it. He's pretty damned wrong about those pictures though. People like Fairey and Warhol did nothing to hurt the value of the original pictures, they made iconic works of them.
I'm saying looooooong reviews actually reduce the value of the original work, since the reviews satiated my thirst for Cool Cat, showed all the best parts, and made me not have to buy the actual film.

Come on dude, everyone knows that if you write "I DON'T OWN THIS" in your video description you're instantly in the clear

Watch all the way to the end for full effect. He really goes off the rails!

Also, I think he let YMS' review go because YMS bought a t-shirt from him.
