That was excellent, and faster response than my tablet on a 2.8 ghz Pentium, 40 year later. To draw well, you need instant response, not lag.
Very nice for what I envisioned for 1970, setting animation coordinates by keyboard is what I'd seen. This was a time of fast change in electronics, look at magazines like Popular Electronics at Archive, around 1970 there were many new parts and circuits every month, and big changes, like from tube to transistor and IC.
