Not-getting-around-to-explaining-himself is an important part of Bill's method, as is picking fights with people who actually seem to agree with him.

Based on the many, many hours I've spent listening to Bill ramble in the background while I do stuff around the house, my *guess* is that Bill's main problem with MGTOW is that he feels the philosophy behind MGTOW is too empowering. Men Going Their Own Way think they're going their own way -by choice-, whereas Bill would say, no, you are a victim, you are -forced-, you are living True Forced Loneliness. He also seems to draw a distinction between men who've had women in their lives ("MGTOW", according to him), men who want women in their lives ("PUA", again according to him), and men who can't get a woman in their lives ("TFL"), but it's not at all clear what he means (or even if HE knows what he means), and I could be completely misinterpreting what he says about this topic.

Then he'd start talking about chemtrails and carving out women's vaginas with a kitchen knife.
