We could grind it into a rough slurry, and then use a centrifuge to separate the peel tissue from the soft insides. Then use some kind of pressure apparatus to reform the mush into something vaguely banana shaped and ready for consumption. The remaining peel material can be liquified and used as an industrial lubricant.

Yeah, you need to get some good bananas, while they're still green, and ripen them yourself. It's trial and error but you'll get a feel for it. Bananas really only have maybe a day at the most where they're really that good.

This may sound weird, but how do you feel about artificial banana flavor? I know some people who don't like bananas, and it seems to come with a preference of the artificial not-really-banana flavor.

Actually, I meant try non-Cavendish varieties. Eat a plantain, try those little weird banana bunches, or red bananas, etc. I'm told the Cavendish is grown for several things, but flavor isn't one of them.

The first time I tried to register the process was broken, that must have been in 2011 or 2012? Tried again in 2013 because I had something really important to say (ha), and it worked.

I am eternally grateful to have managed to register on this site. It took several e-mails, and a timespan of maybe a year however.
