Dogs are hilarious (and infuriating) at being escape artists. When I was a kid, we had two English Springer Spaniels, and they had it down to an art form. My dad spent an entire fucking month on a fence to keep them in, and they escaped within days. How'd they do it? They pushed over a damn tree so it landed on the fence, then ran up the tree. That's some next-level lassie type shit right there.

If you make the fence too high, the dog will dig under it.
