This show is so good I don't give a damn that this is just an ad for it.

That made me smile

You sad sacks will love it!

John Holmes Motherfucker - 2016-05-25

She's irritating to watch, but the jokes are just mind-blowingly brilliant, and I'm pretty sure that if I keep watching, I'll acquire the taste.

It's sort of like 30 Rock on acid. That's right.

She's not in the least bit irritating to watch and is a genius. This trailer didn't do it for me though and I'm worried her comedy won't work for a show.

Scrimmjob - 2016-05-25

I honestly don't think this trailer does the show justice.

ATTENTION: This wasn't mine, but I want to make sure that everyone knows that the CRISIS PREGNANCY CENTERS submission currently int the hopper features Patton Oswalt doing an impression of Orson Welles in "F for FAKE".

Enjoying this show a lot. Like most out-there comedies, this rarely makes me laugh, but it does stretch my brain in directions I hadn't expected and I appreciate that.

A lot of the time I have my computer play comedy albums while I sleep, it gives me a little bit of noise and if I happen to wake up I get some comedy. I find Maria's albums are especially good for this: consistent volume, no grating noises, not much angry shouting. Plus there's that bit where she had to dress as a Bajoran for some Paramount gig at a mall, and talk to shoppers in character. (I'm pretty sure they treated the Vulcan better.)

If I'm very lucky I'll be awake for this one:

Haven't watched it yet , but Maria Bamford is my favourite. I saw her live, months after she was in the psych ward, her act included a solid minute or two of fart noises. She talks about mental illness like nobody else.

chumbucket - 2016-05-25

This looks great. I've always appreciated Bamford's comedy style. I also have a serious thing for Mo Collins.

jangbones - 2016-05-25

She's great. Great.

I like Maria Bamford a lot, she's my favorite comic, but this series, while it had its moments, just felt flat.

I think part of it is that half of the characters are so cartoonishly horrible, with no redeeming qualities, that it becomes annoying to watch. Some of it felt like an overlong MADtv bit.

Lef - 2016-05-25

The 2 episodes I saw didn't make me laugh, but I liked it, the absurdity is well done.

Ep 3 was something else. 5.
