Aren't wage slaves being encouraged to buy adult diapers so they don't have to leave their workstations to go piss?
Aren't many people choosing NOT to have babies because they feel they can't afford them?
Doesn't it seem like our society is pushing consumerism and careerism over family as a means of self-fulfillment?
Isn't this more the result of the elderly turning our economy into a giant insect colony where the young are forced to labor extra hard so the old can enjoy the lifestyle to which they've become accustomed?
I mean, there are questions we should be asking and this video isn't asking any of them.

gravelstudios - 2016-06-06 I personally see a return to larger and larger extended families living together under one roof, which I think is a good thing. The current paradigm of kids moving out of their parents house, buying their own house and starting their own family in isolation is not sustainable.

Cena_mark - 2016-06-06 It looks like Depends is doing their best to normalize the wearing of diapers. I think it's something that many adults may have had as a minor thing, but never embraced wearing diapers, but Depends will open up that acceptance for more sales.

Can I just say this? The act of adult diapers outselling baby diapers is English's attempt at the mediopassive voice, though we're using active voice to do it. We formally have active voice and passive voice, but not much else. But other languages have structures for other voices in between, where the subject is not entirely the doer or entirely the receiver. Mediopassive would be one step removed from passive. In passive voice we'd be saying diapers are the recipient of the action ("adult diapers are being sold"); we're trying to communicate something just a shade away from that.
There's also a middle voice where it's much harder to distinguish between subject and object. Like when your big brother asked "why are you hitting yourself?" you cannot claim to not be doing the hitting, nor can you claim to not being on the receiving end. "Yourself" is a reflexive pronoun and it clears that up, but grammatically, the sentence is active voice because English doesn't have a middle voice.
