I've been searching for this for ages. This ran on HBO at regular intervals when Lethal Weapon 2 was hitting theaters and, if I remember correctly, it was on the original VHS after the movie.
In April 91, I spent the night with a woman who was an artist, (I have a thing for artists; you wouldn't believe how many there have been.)
The next morning she showed me a scrapbook filled with nothing but drawings of her dead father, and drawings Mel Gibson. Sounds creepy, but it was oddly poigniant at the time.
