Worst animated credit sequence in all of history.

memedumpster - 2016-08-21

I never thought Moon Zero Two and Catalina Caper's opening sequences would be redeemed, but here we are.

I loathed animated credit sequences as a kid. I'd be excited to watch a cartoon only to be disappointed by a boring live action movie.

And it just goes on and fucking on...

I've seen this whole movie. It's bad but it's not the worst Adam Sandler movie.

fedex - 2016-08-22

ok I'll bite, what is the worst Sandler movie?

My vote is for Jack & Jill

Old_Zircon - 2016-08-22

I haven't seen enough of them to say, but to be honest I enjoyed this one more than both The Waterboy and The Wedding Singer, which is about where I stopped even trying (partly on account of the one friend I had who liked Adam Sandler getting laid off from his job at the airplane factory and joining the army, so I no longer had to suffer through Sandler movies on occasion).

I have to say, I heard one of his comedy albums, something with a long sketch about talking goat I think, in the mid 90s and it wasn't great but it also wasn't terrible.

Little Nicky is especially repulsive & hard to sit through.

Old_Zircon - 2016-08-23

Is that the one where he goes back to grade school as an adult? That one is terrible.

I haven't seen any of his REALLY bad ones.

I don't remember the plot, but he's not at school, he's a demon from hell or something, with the most irritating voice ever.

Spit Spingola - 2016-08-23

Adam Sandler as demon from hell seemed like such smart casting. Little Nicky is the closest thing to my dream of a live action Noid movie starring Adam Sandler.

I think I'd make a case for one of the really insipid ones that shot for a family audience like "Click" or one of the ones where he's supposed to be romatic lead with Drew Barrymore or somebody and you can't even remember the title rather than the more aggressively bad stuff. I've heard "The Cobbler" is INCREDIBLY bad, though. When I heard a summation of the things that happen in that movie my jaw dropped.
