Imagine a chestbuster popping a furry but then being stuck inside of their fursuit, unable to get out.

Furry danny glover seeing skinned furry drug dealer hung upside down in the penthouse, but he's still alive and perfectly fine, only his costume was taken....furries still recoil in horror.

Nancy, I'm picturing a scene not unlike that one Splatterhouse 3 boss, where a pair of monstrous arms burst from a teddy bear's head and proceed to beat the shit out of you.

It can break through a ribcage, I'm pretty sure it can handle some synthetic fabric.

Actually, Gmork, Chestbursters are fictional monsters. The one you see in the film is a puppet; it does not "break through a ribcage", that is simply a special effect which the director thought would look cool.

As fictional monsters, Chestbursters have no abilities beyond what the director assigns to them. If a director thinks it would be cool for a Chesburster to get stuck in synthetic fur, then that is perfectly valid, that is what will happen.
