I don't know, in the absence of any further proof I'd have to say that a Jewish conspiracy is unlikely.

Elsewhere in the comments, Mr Weev cites as proof of censorship an archived "downforeveryone" request he had sent which failed to resolve. I think the most likely explanation for what happened is this: Mr Weev posted links to the paper on 8chan. This led to a massive spike in traffic on a very obscure website, with the result being an (unintentional) DDoS.

In other words, it was not Jewish scientists, but the channers themselves, who prevented access to the paper.

Also, it is quite easy to find multiple torrents of this paper through searching DuckDuckGo. Which is good, because I'd encourage Mr Weev, and his friends, to download and distribute this paper themselves, particularly since it clearly means a lot to them. (I do not see why, mind you; I am not qualified to evaluate the paper myself, but if understand it correctly, the authors are arguing - not that relativity is false or the theory of aether is true - but that it is unnecessary to invoke relativity in these particular equations, because GPS can be calculated just fine using Newtonian approximations.)
