Hooker - 2016-09-13
My dad has "advanced" Parkinson's disease, having originally been diagnosed in the 90s.
Hillary doesn't have Parkinson's disease.
|
kingarthur - 2016-09-13 I know, right? Why can't we just dislike her for her horrible positions on the issues instead of having to make up bullshit conspiracy theories? I am so frustrated with elements of the Green Party who keep posting shit like this and stuff from Infowars like it's credible. It isn't. She has pneumonia and she'll live.
I also notice the doctor in this video never once mentions what his specialty is.
|
kingarthur - 2016-09-13 I also, I had pneumonia at five and six years old and it'll fuck your shit up. I fainted a few times and routinely had to have my back and sides beaten so I would cough up the gunk in my lungs. The medications also dry you out. I missed a month of first grade because of it and nearly had to be hospitalized. That she's still moving around doing speeches is pretty amazing and I'm fairly certain that's why she has a physician on her team who's present most of the time.
I JUST WISH WE ALL HAD ACCESS TO HEALTHCARE BUT THEN AGAIN THAT'S SOMETHING SHE'S AGAINST, AIN'T IT?
|
kingarthur - 2016-09-13 *Also, no I. My grammar is shit today.
|
Xenocide - 2016-09-13 Hillary supports a public option, actually, it was part of her big platform rollout back in July.
|
|
Bort - 2016-09-13 And now, a heartwarming tale of Hillary taking an active interest in some nobody's life. This wasn't a deep-pocketed contributor or a media figure, this was just a constituent who was getting fucked over by the system, and Hillary fucked the system into submission for him:
https://www.facebook.com/james.grissom/posts/10210311889333429
This is what she will do for any random constituent. If she's willing to do it for one person, what makes you think she isn't on the average constituent's side in general? Because Bernie said she's corrupt? Find me tales of Bernie going to bat for the little guy like this, using his position to actually help his constituents when nobody else would.
|
Bort - 2016-09-13 Seriously, find me tales. I'd like to think there is something good about him, and that he's not an opportunistic grandstander whose 25 years in Congress have been entirely about taking a cushy job that demanded no actual accomplishments of him.

John Holmes Motherfucker - 2016-09-13 >>>I JUST WISH WE ALL HAD ACCESS TO HEALTHCARE BUT THEN AGAIN THAT'S SOMETHING SHE'S AGAINST, AIN'T IT?
Are you kidding?
|
John Holmes Motherfucker - 2016-09-13 Yeah, Hillary pretty much ran Bill Clinton's attempt to create universal healthcare that was derailed when the Republicans took the house in the 94 midterms.
|
Bort - 2016-09-13 And side note, people bitch about Obama not taking a more active role in the ACA .... well he stayed out because he learned from the problems trying to get HillaryCare to happen. HillaryCare was written in whole by the White House and then sent to Congress to rubber-stamp, but it never made it out of committee because it wasn't what Congress was willing to pass.
In the case of ObamaCare, Obama set goals for Congress to meet but let them decide how to get there. Particularly in the House, it was tough to come up with any plan that a majority could agree to, because there were as many impossible-to-please Blue Dogs as there were impossible-to-please Progressives, and Nancy Pelosi did a hell of a job getting any kind of majority (paper-thin as it was).
|
kingarthur - 2016-09-13 Bort, are you auditioning for a job at MSNBC? Because I think you really have a shot with your slavish devotion to DNC talking points. Your talents at inflammatory political diatribe are wasted here. Truly.
|
Bort - 2016-09-14 I'm not the one who's apparently applying for a DNC job, kingarthur. The guy in that one Facebook anecdote is, apparently. And so is the 9/11 first responders who are convinced that Hillary took a very personal interest in their well-being. And so are the BLM mothers. And so are, I suppose, the millions of people whom Hillary has helped through the Clinton Foundation.
The Hillary who has actually done these things is 100% incompatible with the version Bernie sold you and you bought like a chump, the one who lives only to do Wall Street's bidding. So I'll ask you again: show me where Bernie has ever actually gone out of his way to help the common man, in the ways Hillary has gotten personally involved. Bernie's been in Washington ever since 1991 -- two years before Hillary ever got there -- so surely he's got dozens of anecdotes about helping people in need by now.
Because as far as I can tell, the Bernie record seems to be ignoring people he could be helping. Here's Bernie not returning Tim Canova's calls (DWS ended up crushing Canova incidentally):
http://thehill.com/blogs/ballot-box/house-races/292423-canova- waiting-for-sanders-to-return-my-call
Here's Bernie canceling a meeting with AIDS activists (which is what Reagan would have done):
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/michelangelo-signorile/why-did-b ernie-sanders-cancel-meeting-aids_b_9904898.html
Here's Bernie treating his black constituents like they were "invisible" (yes there are blacks in Vermont, with one of the highest incarceration rates in the US):
http://www.salon.com/2016/02/17/black_activists_in_vermont_com plain_they_were_invisible_to_bernie_sanders/
Bernie Sanders ... what a shitty public servant. What a shitty human being.

I see the right have continued this line of bullshit into yet another full-blown conspiracy including neurological internet diagnoses, body doubles and everything.
I guess it makes a kind of sense to them to go full wingnut when their favoured presidential nominee is a birther.
I'll be glad when this election season is done with. Horrendous.
|
jfcaron_ca - 2016-09-13 Bawbag, you finished a statement with a single-word adjectival assertion, just like Trump. It's having an effect on all of us. Terrible!
|
bawbag - 2016-09-13 It's true, it's true many have said it. Factual!
|
|
kingarthur - 2016-09-13 Maybe it's THE BODY DOUBLE that has Parkinson's disease and they were using that as a cover for Hillary's reptilian physiology to fully acclimate to our viruses like pneumonia?
HMMMMMMM?
HMMMMM?
HMM?
|
kingarthur - 2016-09-13 *for Hillary's failure to acclimate to.
I get on a roll and grammar goes out the window.

bawbag - 2016-09-13 That's true, the lizard people lay a whole clutch of eggs every time. There could be between 16-24 of them on average!
That bolsters her case for the presidency imho, we can lose more than a handful and still have a replacement Prez. She can attend multiple charity events, briefings etc. Sold!

As someone who's grandfather spent the last 20 years of his life battling Parkinson's, let me just say that if Hilary had "advanced" Parkinson's there would be no dispute over it because there would be no way to hide it.
Although to be fair my grandfather didn't have a body double.

John Holmes Motherfucker - 2016-09-14
I saw an article on Twitter today about how "Hillary's health" is the new "Obama's birth certificate". Welll, I hate to say it, but not quite. There's plenty of examples of Presidents hiding their health problems from the public. Examples that come to mind are Nixon, JFK, and FDR, who was in a wheelchair for all twelve years of his presidency., and most of the public never knew. So the idea that the campaign might be covering something up is not really crazy on the scale of the birther conpiracy theories.
Pnuemonia seems like a plausible explanation.
She's not necessarily going to tell us everything.
In my opinion, the threshold for when she has a moral obligation to tell us anything is pretty high, FDR in a wheelchair high.
With Trump in the race, I'm fucking voting for her no matter what. If she dies, I will vote for her corpse.
