A: This is not even close to the first "realistic" silicone male doll. The actual company who makes RealDoll (which is not these people) has been making them for well over a decade at this point.
B: The market for these things is absolutely not women. I'm not saying women don't buy a few... but I would bet all the money in the world that women are a tiny fraction of who buys these things.
