Or realize that you actually don't need a high school education and can skip right to community college, get an Associates, then get into a university with no effort (not competing with highschoolers) at 17 for a 2 year Bachelors and have your Masters when your peers are just getting their 4 year degree and beat them to the workplace.

I hated high school so much that I fell into deep depression and started to get physically ill just thinking about going back every day. If someone had told me then that getting straight A's meant I could have left early my grades would have been so good they'd have named a wing of school after me like if I were a star quarterback who died in a car crash.

None of the kids who are running shit now appear in this video. They are all in the computer lab or waiting in the parking lot to sell these kids ditch weed

Yeah school sucked. The arts budget in Portland Oregon got cut by a ton in the 90s and as such I got transferred, a LOT, to the few schools with actual orchestras, which were way across town. I guess in hindsight it might've been a kind of cool way to mold myself into whatever I wanted to, since nobody would see where I lived and stuff, but at the time it was pretty hellish after kindergarten and didn't get better until I left for college in Madison Wisconsin.

I did spend my Junior and Senior years of high school mostly taking classes at Portland State or -Community College, but because I had obligations to the swim team and the orchestra etc. I still had to ride my broke-ass Huffy 7.5 miles uphill in the rain to school every goddamn 6AM.

M-DEEM that's not entirely true. At the very top maybe, but to a large degree the people who run shit are basically handpicked by the financial sector from college sports teams, because athletes are the ones who've proven they can work well with a team and accept instruction quickly and efficiently without getting bogged down by pesky things like ethics and morality.

Why would anyone be motivated to stay in school after seeing this?
