This was a good documentary. I'm not from America, either, so I missed its presence in the news.

Just to clarify what actually happened in this case, the jury decided that the dipshit racist murderer could be convicted of *attempted* murder on the kids he didn't shoot, but could not be convicted of *actual* murder for the one black kid he really *did* kill on purpose.
At least he'll rot in prison the rest of his life.

dairyqueenlatifah - 2017-01-10 Yeah...you might want to, you know, actually know what you're talking about before you make asinine comments...
A) The murderer didn't claim he was called a cracker, the murder victim's friend's, who were black like him, are the ones who said he called the murderer a racial slur. Ironically, you're calling the murderer racist, yet from everything I've read about this case I've yet to see anywhere where he said anything to the victim to indicate that.
B) I'm not "going to bat" for anyone you retard. I hate, loathe, absolutely despise racists. I'm thrilled that a racist shithead got shot. The only way this story could have ended better is if the guy who shot him offed himself immediately after.
C) Come over here and make me, bitch.

Mr. Purple Cat Esq. - 2017-01-10
Everything else aside. Its amazing how fucking creepy and/or gross the defendant, and his lawyer, his family, his gf are.
Whereas on other side they all pretty much exude vitality and decency.
I get the feeling the doc might be being a bit manipulative in portraying them.
The whole doc was very emotional, so I'm taking it all with a pinch of salt.
Still, its a moving viewing experience and
***!!!!SPOILERS!!!!***
all throughout it I was ready for the depressing -he gets off scott free cus' Murica!- verdict. It was a really pleasant surprise to see him actually face some justice.
