It could be that you "bent" the law to collect the info you have, and maybe that makes you reluctant to contact law enforcement. I can see that. And off the top of my head, I'm not sure whom else I'd contact with this info, but I'd sure try to figure something out.

I don't know the full story here -- maybe the harassment of Gail is the only thing that is keeping an army of Hitler robots with drill penises from descending upon us all -- but thus far I don't see anything "ethical" about having the power to stop the harassment of an unstable woman, and letting it continue.
