In my experience, JoAnn's employees are kinda weird...
I worked in the framing department for a year, and became a journeyman framer. Then I started getting my own clientele. Once people started asking for me by name, they called me into the office, told me to train a replacement, and fired me.
Yikes.. That sucks.
