I've always got the "leg up" analysis part of this confused with the "high pants" song on Daddy-O. I guess because both bits were equally hilarious.

These are some of the best host bits, the ones where they directly make fun of some aspect of the movie they're watching. This and the one where Joel explains what padding is are among my favorites.
