Indeed. This is the same dumb propaganda that's promulgated about the American prison system. We spend something like 80K a year for each prisoner, more than you'd spend at a five star hotel! Three meals a day, cable TV, and a weight room. All for free. Sure, there are a few problems, but consider how many people rush to get back inside once they've been there. I think it's all a fraud, and they're lying to keep this utopia for themselves.
