Hey Don Quixote, It looks to me like people are selling drugs on your street corner. They prolly think you are a cop, what with the camera and sitting in your car and all. You're both scaring the bejesus out of each other, I'll hand you that.

badideasinaction - 2017-05-10 When I was out and about I'd notice vans and cars parked on my street with people inside; whenever I got near they'd drive off.
Some months later I woke up one morning to find the SWAT team raiding the drug lab across the road. Guess I wasn't just imagining it.
More recently I noticed a lot of vehicle traffic at night to the house next door - then I checked airBnb and sure enough, they're operating a defacto airport shuttle and hotel service.
Sometimes you're not imagining things, but the real answers are usually much more mundane.
