We had an international film fest and the film "Life of Riley" was one of the festival premieres. The film's premise included Riley himself touring and doing a talk along with the film, but his health had taken an unexpected turn for the worse around the same time so that couldn't happen. Far from this being a problem, the crowd sold out, and even sold more than a screening of Last Temptation of Christ w/ Willem DaFoe doing Q&A. I watched from the hallway and couldn't hear much over the cheering of the audience. He passed away a few months later and that's how I'll always remember him.
