I actually found this whole series looking for a different Mad Charles video from a couple years ago (footage of him on a float in a parade around 1976) that seems to be gone now, and I hadn't actually watched this part yet when I linked the first one in the Google group. I've been a Mad Charles fan for something like 12 or 13 years now on strength of his record, but video footage of him is new terrain, I always assumed the photo of him on the label of the record was just a joke.

Everyone really owes it to themselves to watch parts 1 and 3 of this video, too. The human/robot sparring matches at the end of part 1 are one of the funniest things I've ever seen, and the climax of part 3 where they give Mad Charles a bunch of "real" weapons and have him face off against a "Roman centurion" complete with fake blood is pretty close (on paper it should be the highlight but those first two sparring matches win in terms of sheer flailing around and overall lack of skill).
The weird thing is, these clips have been up for years but they never used to show up when I searched for Mad Charles on Youtube, and now the film of him in a parade that used to always be one of the top hits seems to be gone.
