SolRo - 2017-09-20 Hard to say. Reports are that a firing system malfunctioned shooting off a salvo of missiles. I'm no expert but it may be the missiles weren't armed and didn't detonate. The audio doesn't seem to have any explosions.
Supposedly there are injuries but no fatalities. The Russian military is denying anyone got injured.

SolRo - 2017-09-20 Also possible that they were dummy practice missiles, as this is a training exercise and explosive ordnance isn't always necessary.

Claim is that the fire control system malfunctioned when the safety was turned off.
Either the pilot is lying or the machines are starting to rise up against us.
