I was also surprised by the pancake makeup that male anchors of a certain age are wearing now. Between the Lawrence O'Donnell clip and this one, they both just look like corpses. I guess maybe I don't watch cable news regularly enough to be desensitized to it, but it's jarring. Maybe showing a few wrinkles would be preferable to the death mask they're wearing now?
