I've heard from half a dozen employees and former employees that the CEO of Akai has done that on more than one occasion over the last couple decades (and confidentially settled out of court for it more than once) and he's still there last I heard. I'm pretty sure straight up taking your dick out and demanding it be touched is just proper business practice if you're upper management.

That and openly doing big rails of coke on the job.

Anyway, the point is the most shocking thing about the post-Weinstein revelations about all this stuff is that anyone is shocked, because this kind of shit has been pretty much out in the open for longer than I've been alive.
