This video is good and all, but my stars go for the related video of him feeding a cat whipped cream.

Bless you for enabling my laziness.

garcet71283 - 2018-02-16

The ending catapulted this to 5 stars.

he actually cooks the bar at 1:40

Ninehells - 2018-02-16

I give this the slow clap of the damned. Beautiful work sir. A true artist.

Mister Yuck - 2018-02-16

Thank god this video exists so I have something to show the next moron that brings this up.

Cena_mark - 2018-02-16

Some of the comments complain that he heated it 300 degrees hotter than jet fuel burns, granted it likely cooled a good bit. Conspiracy theorists will cling to their beliefs no matter what.

Old_Zircon - 2018-02-16

As soon as he said that I knew he had lost them.

Although I bet jet fuel burning in a confined space like a building would probably behave similarly to a forge and produce more heat than jet fuel burning in open air.

Old_Zircon - 2018-02-16

Wood burns a lot cooler than jet fuel and yet people have been using wood-fired forges to do this for quite a long time, is what I'm saying.

Mister Yuck - 2018-02-16

I'm thinking of the people I work with, who are mostly reasonable but poorly informed. I shouldn't call them morons, especially the particular guy I'm thinking of.

memedumpster - 2018-02-16

Stupidity has a melting point of 10^32 kelvins.

betabox - 2018-02-16

Ummm. You don't need to melt the steel to bring the building down, guys. You just need to soften it a bit. That, in addition to all of the supports that were taken out by the collision, will be enough to weaken the structure sufficiently.

Melting is NOT needed.

Not just the jet fuel, but all the furnishings in the towers themselves. Office furniture, papers, computers, electrical wiring, flooring.

Here's a photo of the North Tower a few minutes before it collapsed:

http://www.debunking911.com/WTCfire.jpg

See the floor that is completely on fire from wall to wall? That was the 95th floor, which was a giant server room for Cantor Fitzgerald. Essentially 4,000 square meters of burning computer equipment.

Old_Zircon - 2018-02-16

Betabox, I'm pretty sure everyone here knows that (and it's the point of the video), we're just discussing the ways that truthers will inevitably convince themselves that they're right even in the face of common sense and practical demonstrations.

betabox - 2018-02-17

Yeah, I'd like to THINK everyone here is smart enough, but living in the 21st century makes me question such assumptions.

animegurl1000 - 2018-02-16

Is he trying to tell us that blacksmiths were sent into the World Trade Center to bring it down?

It should be noted that 15 people with the last name "Smith" died in the twin towers. Coincidence? I think not! Wake up sheeple.

Old_Zircon - 2018-02-16

Incidentally, it's weird how many people I know were really directly affected by 9/11. The guy who taught me to make guitars has a son who only lived because he was stuck in a stalled subway car for an hour on his way to work in one of the towers that day.

A friend of mine from work is only alive because she was late for a conference she was going to in one of the towers, but she also has severe PTSD because she watched someone she new get literally smashed into nothing by a huge chunk of concrete a few feet away from her. She didn't get it diagnosed until last year though, because she's a professional journalist who was on staff at the Guardian for 15 years before they laid off most of their writers a few years ago and then immediately brought them back on as contractors so they wouldn't have to pay them salaries or provide benefits or anything, so she can't afford medical insurance much less mental health care. At this point she sometimes can't leave the house for a week or more at a time because of panic attacks and chronic migranes.

Those are the two most spectacular examples.

Anyway, fuck Truthers right up the butt with a Garden Weasel.

Old_Zircon - 2018-02-16

P>S> I been drinkin

Old_Zircon - 2018-02-16

P>P>S>S> I do not now nor have I ever lived in New York, if I had then it wouldn't be nearly as surprising how many people I know were directly affected by it.

Robin Kestrel - 2018-02-17

I'll believe it when I hear it from someone wearing a camouflage baseball hat.
