I saw this when it first came out and enjoyed it, though of course like any documentary it has to greatly compress a lot of things. It's pretty good. As companions to this I strongly recommend Kraftwerk and the Electronic Revolution (which, despite the title, is less about Kraftwerk and more about the krautrock/early electronic scene) and Industrial Soundtrack for the Urban Decay, which is mostly about the early Sheffield scene. (it interviews Adi Newton, who demanded the filmmakers NOT interview the other members of Clock DVA, much to their chagrin, but it's still a decent little film.
The newly re-formed Wax Trax records recently premiered "Industrial Accident", a documentary about the WT scene, and while I haven't seen it yet (don't think it's on video yet) it has gotten pretty good press.
