is that?.... I want more information. It looks like a tool a dentist used in one of my nightmares.
They're usually used by emergency professionals for cutting through car doors and such during a rescue. I assume this one is being used ad hoc to remove a damaged part of the body (which appears to be bent in and rubbing the tire).
Just a simple steering fix. If the car sits too long it becomes necessary to grind the barnacles out from the wheel wells
Just puttin' speedholes in the car..
Hope he is not cutting into all of that modern circuitry used to power those sweet ass NASCAR headlamps.
