It was an interesting game, but it was also almost impossible to clear due to a combination of glitches and the stupidest puzzles known to mankind, some of which were timed.

I never saw an episode of this when it originally aired (which of course, was delayed a bit for the US market) but I'm fond of Oggy and the Cockroaches, made by the same studio. I remember it being one of the few genuinely hilarious cartoons at a time when most weren't very funny.
