When I was a teenager I decided that as soon as I was grey and bald enough I'd adopt Doc Brown mad scientist hair, but my hair doesn't stick up enough and it refuses to go grey fast enough so I've changed plans and am doing a hard core skullet, I think I'm even beyond that guy in the video by a bit.

If I hadn't started trimming my beard short 5 or 6 years ago I'd be pretty much at Terry Riley stage by now:

Actually I watched it again and engineer guy's mullet has at least two inches on mine.

Chet made www.portalofevil.com, wherein all conspiracy theorists, fringe fetishists, racists, lunatics and all manner of strangers and freaks that slithered throughout the internet with their weird geocities websites were carefully compiled and analyzed. Masses of poetards flocked to the POE forums and much rejoicing was to be had. Chet looked at POE and saw that it was good.

Chet then made www.poe-news.com, so that he may compile all the strange headlines and articles from the far reaches of the interwebs. Poetards rejoiced with the new forums. Chet looked at POE-News and saw that it was good.

It was about this time that Valve tempted and seduced Chet. In exchange for large buckets of hog cum Chet wrote "witty" jokes for Portal and Portal 2. Chet quickly forgot his creation and both POE and POE-News were abandoned to an uncaring universe.

Before leaving completely, however, Chet bestowed poetards with one final creation: poetv.com, where all the strange videos would be compiled and analized.

Abandoned to their fate, the poetards of poe and poe-news started quarrelling. Brother attacked brother, and two factions emerged: the "good" poetards and the "bad" poetards. A smaller group of poetards fled the feud and came to the promised land of poetv.

Chet, awakening from his long hog cum stupor, went to check on his creation. Appalled at the fratricide that he witnessed, he struck portalofevil.com down in anger, and threatened to do the same with poe-news.

The "good" poetards, unimpressed, yelled "Fuck you Chet, this is the new world, we are Gods now too" and created bo-ne.ws, and all moved to it and lived happily ever after. Just in time, in fact, because Chet was irate, and struck poe-news.com, scattering all the "bad" poetards to the winds, and transformed poe-news into a mirror of poetv.com

Chet then turned his back on his creation, never to be seen again.

And that is the story. Our story.

ironically, according to the vague memory of the one time I saw Chet IRL he kind of looked like the guy who catches the beer at the end of the Bud Light commercial in that linked submission, except with a Tom Green beard.
