I can't wait for it to happen

I'm one of the people who loved the Lynch version.

Except the Fremen suit designs. Black suits for guerilla warriors to blend into the desert....

That was the one thing the miniseries did better.

I think its a bad book to try to make into a film. Theres too much stuff in it.
To get a decent screenplay you'd have to cut out so much stuff it would essentially be a different book, I think thats the best case scenario for this film also.
A tv show would be a much better idea.
Same for LOTR
