I can appreciate this for how weird it is, but I've always been super let down by Captain Sensibles solo career. The guy is so talented, and all of his solo material is just... utter shit.

I heard him first with 'Wot' when bands were all going funk, and thought he had something more cool and off the wall than other new artists, not knowing he was from the Damned and had been in music for years.

I think there are some fun songs on his later albums, sound collage, noodlings and politics. When he pulls the guitar out on Meathead, it fairly rocks.
