There probably aren't any GFCIs in that room because it's not expected to be wet. Code is bathrooms, kitchens, outdoors, basements etc.

Also, not sure what my trade would have to say about water behind walls and under floors, but I'd be pretty sketched out about a wet floor and a bunch of temped-in hot tubs. I'm guessing there's a mess of extension cords and power strips somewhere on that floor based on how well the rest of this event was planned.

Oh yeah that's very true since none of those rooms were bathrooms or kitchens..one would hope that they had some type of short protection running those tubs.
