Thats certainly jazz.. In terms of composition, it reminds me of music from sharware computer games from the late 80's early 90's.. Generally sounds like something a child would make.

This was actually recorded more than two years before MIDI even existed, L. Ron was just so ahead of his time he was able to make music that sounded like a 90s Sound Blaster all the way back in 1982.
