Ugh.

Ugh - 2019-06-15

there's a ten year old account called glovedontfit that hasn't tweeted yet, he should probably keep an eye out for any strangers at his door

casualcollapse - 2019-06-15

There has to be something in the Twitter policy against this. No.. There isn't.. shit

Marlon Brawndo - 2019-06-15

Because who needs standards? Not America or Twitter!

GravidWithHate - 2019-06-16

Is the standard you want "Nobody with a felony criminal record can post on social media", or is it "Nobody who I don't like can post on social media"?

Either one has issues.

Binro the Heretic - 2019-06-16

Twitter is a private platform.

They can kick anyone off they want.

If you don't like them kicking certain people off, you're free to go elsewhere.

garcet71283 - 2019-06-16

I’m ok with both options

garcet71283 - 2019-06-16

He’s really gonna ‘kill’ it on Twitter.

I think he’s gonna make the ‘cut’

I bet he’s going to ‘stab twitter multiple times and partially decapitate it’

GravidWithHate - 2019-06-16

I'm not on Twitter, nor do I have an interest in how they apply their policies. I just know that there seem to be people screaming from all sides that Twitter is obviously biased in favour of whatever they define as evil. I also find it interesting to try and break down what the underlying principle being advanced is.

Here, you're advocating what is a very libertarian position. Namely that private businesses should have an absolute ability to choose their customers, and should be able to refuse service to anyone. This seems somewhat inconsistent with your previously stated political views.

What are your thoughts on Colin Kaepernick being frozen out of the NFL?

Marlon Brawndo - 2019-06-16

Don't misunderstand me, here. I think Twitter has the right to platform whoever they want. However, they are very inconsistent in the application of what they purport to be their standards because the application of those standards is typically politically motivated. Tim Pool recently met with the heads of Twitter on Joe Rogan and called them out on this. They can never really remember why they banned people who they disagree with and they can never really answer as to why they will allow people who they agree with politically to break their standards.

But yes, they should have anyone on they want to. Part of what infuriated me about Logan Paul was that Youtube has made such a big push lately towards demonetizing entire channels for hate speech, racism, etc. Logan Paul demonstrated an OVERT amount of racism while he was in Japan, and only the suicide forest video was demonetized. He makes them money and kisses their ass so they didn't ban him or demonetize him entirely, even though he's a shallow sociopath trying to form a cult.

Just don't tell me you actually care about women's rights and feminism etc and then give motherfucking OJ Simpson a platform. It's completely hypocritical.

Guess who just joined Twitter? Natty dread now!

"If you think his Twitter is bad, you should see what he says about some waiters on Yelp."
