The Kevin Spacey lookalike is Mario Cuomo, governor of New York from the mid 80s to 90s. I don't know much about him beyond the fact that he basically set the standard for apathetic, thin-skinned Democrats who stood by as the Reagan administration and the GOP steamrolled the country during that time.
