Why am I so man at this?

One subgenre of video games that needs to be stopped in it's tracks are these hyper-ironic parody dating sims or Visual Novels, once you strip away the hilariously RANDOM LOL gimmick they put out front and center it's usually just a crappy thing that barely qualifies as a "game".
