It was actually meant to be a one of those fmv games that were big in the mid90s, but was never released. It got pretty far in production because box art and game play footage have surfaced over the year, and I assume the release was only canceled because it was meant for a console that flopped.

This is the most perplexing thing I've ever seen. It looks like a fake trailer for a movie that was never intended to be made. I really just think a lot of drugs were being taken during every step of this production. The lady from The Visiting Kids is great.
