If I understand the description line, and Lord knows, maybe I don't, my response is that China is probably going to rewrite the history in China. (Remember Tianaman square? They don't.)
But it's not China that's going to rewrite history in the west. And the past is not the overwhelming concern.
Sure, China fucked up, but if China simply started dropping bombs and paratroopers on Florida, and Trump told us it wasn't really happening, and failed to respond.in a timely and competent manner, do you think we'd have MAGAGAS making excuses for Trump? Of course we would. Fuck those idiots.
Trump is responsible for dealing with this crisis, and he's failing us. He failed us before this ever happened by squandering his credibility, assuming that he was never going to need more than 40 per cent of America to believe him. And I haven't seen the news, but I'm betting he failed us today. This isn't about history. It's happening right now.

It's not entirely Trump's fault. (It's mostly Trump's fault). Its not entirely the Republicans' fault (It's mostly the Republicans' fault) but we've been warned about this over and over for decades, and yet we could not have been more unprepared. What countries were better prepared than us? All of them. Literally all of them. Those countries Trump called shitholes? They were all better prepared than us.
In Facebook I read: "BE CALM! GOD HAS A PLAN!" But it's starting to look like God has a plan to kick our asses.
