I managed to get a grocery delivery scheduled, they're booked two weeks in advance and were taking about 10 minutes to fill up a week and a half ago before people started really taking it seriously. Going to get a bunch of stuff (hopefully all of it) Friday and I've got some big plastic bins set up in the front stairs so I can leave all of the nonperishable stuff out there for 4 days until it's (hopefully) OK to handle - don't forget minimum 24 hours for papers, 96 hours for plastics and most metals before they're clear - and the perishable stuff that can't be washed will go in clean bags and sit in the fridge for 4 days before I start using it.
Once that's set I'm good to stay fully isolated for another 2-3 months if I have to, and we'll be sent back to work and cause a second surge long before that.
Thank goodness the admin isn't intercepting shipments of protective equipment headed to urban hospitals so they can swoop in and try to rescue the bible belt in a week or two.
