Mrs. Newlywed is having a pork-induced psychotic break. The Jesters are the attendants in the hospital where she's being treated, so they figure into her delusions. Her husband with his creepy, detatched expression represents those in the outside world who only smile and watch without becoming emotionally involved.

The quacking cat represents ducks.
