I might actually agree with you that the FBI has a history of bringing charges against a lot of maybe, possibly would-be terror actors that might not have actually been the concrete threats that they were portrayed as, but these guys had cased the governor's vacation home twice and built and tested a couple of bombs. Unless you can prove that the FBI sources were the driving force behind these little projects, forgive me for thinking that the Feds might actually have a decent case here.
