I love Bebop to death (no rilly) but there are like a hundred better sequences from the series than this one...partially cause of the Crappy Song (tm)

Probably the only good non-magical girl anime ever made.

Honestly a decent action scene, but the shitty dialogue and awful music take this down to a 2-star.

This was about episode four, and we knew pretty much nothing about Spike before the out-the-window flashback montage. Another piece of info we pick up in this episode is that Spike keeps his grenades in the fridge.

Yes, the music and hamfisted religious imagery are awful, but I cannot in good conscience give Cowboy Bebop any less than four stars.

If you hate the music, mute it and watch it. Same effect.

Only better fight is the one from the last episode IMO.

I kind of like the song. And the part where Jet fucks up his bonsai is brilliant. (Most of the best parts of that series are the interplay between Jet and Spike.)

The music wasn't that bad; the last 2 minutes or so were actually kind of cool.
