I never thought I would be scared by this kind of thing, but hot damn did this episode prove me wrong.

When the guy you're fighting pulls a six-hit air juggle combo on you, you know you're overmatched.

I just now noticed that the thing that makes this scene work so well is how the sound design just creeps up on you. It goes from completely sterile and hollow to BATSHIT INSANE by the end of it.

One of the best scenes from one of the best episodes of one of the best anime series. The music is what really makes it, as is so often the case in CB.

Its like the penguin meets the punisher.

The entire episode is incredible, but this scene...damn. Perfect in every way. Though I love the use of "On the Run" from Dark Side of the Moon later in the episode.

I like the showdown at spaceland better.

Watching it felt like I had caught The Ring on cable and recorded it.

His death scene is infinitely more disturbing.
